As an Applications Engineer at Truwest I provided tier 3 support for the credit union’s financial platform. Some the applications I manage are Fiserv’s XP2, Card Wizard, Nautilus, Window Server 2000, 2003, 2008, and 2012, Check 21 (eDesk), IMM's TotaleAtlas and Liquid Office.I was responsible for supporting all integration projects into the core XP2 system. I was also responsible for maintaining the IBM p780 system and AIX as related to XP2.
