• Maintain monthly reconciliation of closed transactions in conjunction with accounting for all transactions.• Manage the sales order entry full cycle process including receiving and entering orders• Schedule trucking and handle returns• Identifying and problem solving matters between customers and product supply chain while maintaining positive relationships• Provide process change input and maintain updated procedures and training materials• Relay all out-of-stock and other issues with distributors • Serve as the main point of contact for all distributors and sales representatives• Answer all inquiries on pending orders• Train all new hires on procedures and processes

• Receive and process all domestic orders• Schedule trucking and handle returns• Transmit all orders to warehouses, advising of special delivery instructions• Relay all out-of-stock and other issues with distributors• Process all pickup requests and get credits applied where needed• Managing customer/sales allocations, making proper adjustments• Serve as the main point of contact for all distributors and sales representatives

• Managing customer reservations • Preparing customer contracts• Invoicing of dealerships• Administrative tasks including phone coverage, faxing, and filing.
