Provides blueprint layouts to new manufacturing operations. Establishes personnel, tooling, and all minor and major equipment required to perform product build. Performs 6S and continuous improvement inspections throughout the duration of the product build cycle to meet or beat customer deadlines. Establishes work instructions for product build and supports engineering and manufacturing environment throughout from beginning to end. Enforces company as well as state procedures to ensure conformance is met and quality is upheld. • Design and optimize manufacturing processes for the improvement of existing products and the launch of new products• Develops processes for manufacturing products using Lean, Six Sigma, and/or Statistics based methods and principles for process excellence.• Develops manufacturing processes and routing by studying product requirements; researching, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment; conferring with equipment vendors.• Analyze, review, and optimize existing manufacturing processes to increase efficiency using LEAN manufacturing techniques.

F-35 Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor- Directly supervise a group of Avionics Technicians, Aircraft Mechanics, and Quality Assurance team members on a daily basis. - Coordinate and plan all maintenance activities including, daily/routine inspections, launch and recovery operations, moderate to extensive aircraft modifications and Time Compliant Technical Directives (TCTDs), software upgrades, etc. - Often utilize aircraft blueprints, schematic diagrams and multiple aircraft online applications such as, ALIS, JDL, PDM, VAS/CATIA, and CMMS to document and troubleshoot/repair F-35 aircraft anomalies.
