• Supervision of production supervisors and machine operators.• Advise production supervisors if any problems arisen during daily operation.• Prepare production planning and schedule to reach the delivery target.• Ensure the production meets the delivery date in good quality.• Report to the Managing Director on Monthly Production Report, Preventive Maintenance Report & Material Requisition Report.• Prepare standard operation procedures within production department.• Act as Internal Quality Auditor during internal audit.• As Deputy Management Representative, ensure the company achieves ISO 9001 certification. • Ensure all departments carry out daily works following the procedures stated within the organization.

• Carry out sampling inspection on incoming raw materials against specifications.• Evaluation of suppliers based on the quality of the products.• Inspection on finished products to meet required specifications.• Ensure the products in good quality.• Report to the Managing Director on Monthly Quality Control Report.• Prepare standard operation procedures within QA/QC department.• Act as Internal Quality Auditor during internal audit.
