Maintains the buyers’ receivable ledgers, responding to payment related inquiries and requests and recovering payments which were not paid on its due date or within the grace period.

Undergo 3 months of extensive training prior to operations deployment which covers the end toend process real estate sales administrative processes for Residential Business Group of AyalaLandsuch as:o Reservation and Booking processo Billing and Collectiono Contract preparation, Taxes and Titling processo Aftersales process
