Specializing in trauma informed learning and comprehensive Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) implementation, Bryan has worked with over 200 schools for teacher and staff development, nationally and internationally. Bryan is on the ACEs Connection steering committee for County of Sonoma, has done policy education work for the California Campaign to Counter Childhood Adversity (4CA) in Sacramento, Chair of the Equity work group of the Child Care Planning Council of Sonoma County, and is a former commissioner on the Marin First 5 Children and Families Commission. Dovetail Learning, Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to strengthening our innate capacity for resilience, both in children and adults. Our work dovetails perfectly with schools’ efforts to foster healthy, holistic development and well-being in the entire school community.Dovetail Learning provides systemic school improvement that transforms adults and children from the inside out. We develop transformative SEL services and products, leveraging decades of staff experience in understanding systemic support for what children, families, educators and others need in order to develop resilience. We also assist other communities such as health care providers and corporate organizations in developing resilience.

Fundraising: All non-tuition based revenue for the school, including grant seeking, endowment building, scholarship acquisition, annual fund drive, and event management/revenueManaging Parent Groups: Responsible for Parent Association, Boosters, and Patrons of the Arts. Partner with wonderful volunteers for the advancement of the school.Alumni Development: Growth of community engagement, networking, and events

Responsible for all phases of school operation: curriculum management and teacher training, student discipline, SST, scholarship fundraising, management of Parent Advisory Board, financial/budget management (2.5 million operating budget), external and internal communications, branding and website design, admissions interviews and tours.
