I manage a $10MM budget, directing programs, products, and operations, leading a team of 20 across functional areas, including operations, accounting, software, business development/sales, and offshore resources. Using a consultative approach, I create strategies to drive business growth for the sales department, SaaS clients, agency clients, and development deals. I serve as lead project manager on large-scale software projects for external clients, acting as the primary interface between the business and software teams. I migrated business from waterfall methodology to an agile development shop by implementing SCRUM best practices. Additionally, I oversaw the launch of two SaaS products that serve the fintech community, defining product deliverables, product lifestyle, resources, go-to-market strategy, and ongoing contract negotiation.

I served as the primary business stakeholder to advance software development and clinical information systems (CIS) to champion business needs. I led operational oversight of business processes and systems for the volunteer management department. I led the productivity study for volunteer department tasks, quantifying results and providing recommendations to senior management on implementing operational efficiencies. I also led a needs analysis that analyzed software systems, CRM system, CIS, and manual processes to streamline volunteer management department’s operations. Moreover, I remained responsible for compliance reporting for Medicare compliance.

I was responsible for financial oversight, strategy, account management, and acquisition preparation. I managed high-value accounts and prepared major accounts for acquisition. I created the corporate strategy realignment, serving as the chief consultant on employee engagement and retention, layoffs, litigation, and negotiation of contracts.
