Responible for putting together at least three newscast Monday through Friday. Those newscasts combined serve three target areas in Nebraska. Repsonible for following local and national news on a daily basis. Responsible for building the show rundown, writing stories and editing video, working with reporters to enhance story presentation. During the newscast, I am required to be in the booth and serve as the center point of communication between the director, anchor and reporters. Responsible for assisting in posting stories and video to the webchannel with a 'web first' mindset. Also i am expected to shoot stories and make sure the most important and most relevant stories are in the newscast and may need to assign reporters to breaking news stories.

Responsible for the production of ESPN 1480's show Necessary Roughness. I also co-host the show and talk about local and national sports.

Worked closely with the Executive Director on all media relations’ issues including contact management, press release and game-plan writing, athlete research for feature articles, social media integration and competition result distribution.
