Supported ANSER's Business Development and Capture Teams during proposal writing and color team review processes. Provided professional formatting and editing of proposal volumes and conduct Section L&M compliance reviews of Requests for Proposals. Developed over 20 key personnel resumes and past performance references for several multi-million dollar contracts.Served as a senior analyst for a Federally Funded Research and Development Center (FFRDC) in support of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and provided a variety of analytical products in a time sensitive environment enabling the rapid uptake and utilization of complicated information by DHS and Component end-users.

Served as an instructor responsible for the conduct of training on Counterintelligence functional areas including CI Fundamentals, Investigations, Military Counterintelligence Collections, Report Writing, Tactical Surveillance and Counter-Surveillance, CI Analysis, Targeting, Evidence Collection, and CI Advice and Assistance. Prepared lesson plans, training support materials, and tests. Provided full cycle intelligence training, platform instruction, small group instruction, role-playing, evaluation and counseling to students to assist them in successful course completion. Developed plans and milestones for the analysis, design and development of courses of instruction. Practical knowledge of DA, DOD, TRADOC, and US Army Intelligence Center training policies, as well as the Systems Approach to Training, advanced learning and motivational such as Bloom’s Taxonomy, Socratic discussion and Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, methodologies and instructional techniques to ensure courses and doctrine meet established standards and requirements. Ability to apply this knowledge to accomplish the documentation of an analysis of a job and associated tasks, design training strategies for learning objectives, and conduct assessment to support evaluation and development of training and training products. Personally coached, counseled, and evaluated students and maintained course records for approximately 300 students in 100 classes over an 8 year period throughout all training phases at CISAC resulting in approximately 2,300 Instructor Contact Hours with my students. The process of coaching, teaching, mentoring, and developing resulted in these 300 students becoming US Army Counterintelligence Agents and MI professionals.

Performed as a Counter Narcotics Intelligence Analyst in a joint fusion cell environment at Camp Eggers, Kabul, Afghanistan and assisted the Counter Narcotic Police of Afghanistan (CNPA) to increase their interdiction of narcotics and apprehend those responsible for trafficking them, nationwide. Provided Open Source and Classified Analysis products releasable to the CNPA. Developed, in part, comprehensive and time sensitive targeting packages for the interdiction of narcotics by the CNPA and their Narcotics Interdiction Unit (NIU). Personally created, provided, and maintained a narcotics specific Microsoft Access database used by the CNPA for counter drug intelligence operations planning. Provided mentoring for the Afghan CNPA intelligence analysts in order to become more efficient in developing database references, trend analysis, and targeting packages. Enabled a $100k contract bonus provided to Cambridge for the integration of the database. Provided feedback from the CNPA to combatant commands, supported units, and Joint Operations within the Camp Eggers fusion cell concerning the overall progress of counter drug operations within the CNPA throughout Afghanistan, which culminated in 40 tons of drugs worth over $500 million burned in July 2006.

Combat tested operational experience in counterespionage and counterterrorism in areas including: -Source Operations / Collections: Source spotting, assessment, development, asset validation, CI analysis & targeting, intelligence requirement refinement, and source management.-CI Investigations: Walk-in, Source, and Subject interviews, official liaison, reporting, CI inquires, operational coordination.-Operational Security (OPSEC), surveillance detection, security briefings to US personnel IAW the Subversion and Espionage Directed against the US Army (SAEDA) program, local national personnel screening, Threat and Vulnerability security assessments, and interrogation. 11/ 2004 - 01/2005 Assigned to duty in Balad, Iraq on LSA Anaconda and operated in a Tactical HUMINT Team and conducted source operations, multi-national & host nation liaison, and CI investigations, producing over 300 Draft Intelligence Information Reports leading to the apprehension of several High Value Targets. 04/2003 - 06/2003 Assigned to duty in Bagram Airfield, Afghanistan and augmented interrogation operations at the Bagram Collection Point authoring approximately 20 Summary of Interrogation Reports (SIR) receiving a Certificate of Achievement for my ability to adapt to specialized collection requirements. 02/2003 - 07/2003 Assigned to duty in Karshi/Khanabad Airbase, Uzbekistan as CI special agent in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and conducted force protection, source operations, and CI investigative operations defending against operations and infiltration of national intelligence agencies and the Islamic Movement of Uzbekistan terrorist group on K2.
