• Lead the development and implementation of preventative maintenance productivity initiatives across all Service regions globally.• Coordinate with engineering, sourcing and operations teams to ensure timely completion of critical milestones.• Develop and implement Odometer Based Maintenance, which uses data analytics and statistical forecasting to transform wind turbine maintenance from a time-based to condition-based approach.• Lead the long-term maintenance forecasting and planning efforts on over 15,000 operating wind turbines globally.

• Implement preventative maintenance productivity programs within the North America service region.• Develop standard work packages for field teams to drive safety, consistency and efficiency in preventative maintenance activities.• Oversee the Site Quality Coordinator program to drive quality culture and continuous improvement across the North America service fleet.• Manage sub-contractor labor schedule and vendor relationships to support over 200 maintenance technicians working across the region.

• Develop and operationalize metrics packages which combine critical site KPIs in finance, operations, quality and safety.• Identify poor performing sites and drive corrective action planning with site leadership.• Leverage best practices from high performing sites to identify continuous improvementopportunities across the North America fleet.• Drive monthly and quarterly KPI reviews with Senior leadership.

• Lead budgeting, financial pacing, and risk and opportunity tracking for the North America Services business.• Develop tools for field site managers to create and manage their operational budgets.• Facilitate bonus and liquidated damage tracking and financial reserves for ourcontractual services fleet.• Support end of quarter accrual process for both cost and revenue.
