• Provide support, advice and coaching to all rig personnel on the implementation of the companies HSE management system.- Prepare and issue statistic report on accident / incident trends
• Gather reports and data from Rigs and transmit them into presentable statistical reports for the QHSE Manager and Management
• Promoting HSE Culture & Awareness by promoting Company Standards on Safe Work Practices, Safety Management System (SMS) Proper Waste Disposal & Environmental Damages Prevention.
• Conduct review of Risk Assessment, Implementations of Permit to Work System, Critical Activities on Hazardous Locations, PPE, Safe Storage and handling of chemicals, Standards,Procedures & HSE legislation & Plan.
• Assist operating units to carry out the risk assessment potential hazards and define the appreciate safety measures to be adapted, issue specific instruction in case of particular hazardous jobs
• Ensure that accident / incident and near miss occurrences are reviewed /investigated to identify the causes and avoid the future reoccurrences
