CurrentDuties: Assisting the Director with manpower assessment/review of the department staffing. Reviewing and interviewing potential applicants, overseeing the property’s Lost and Found Department. Reviewing and implementing crisis management plan changes. Continually develop connections with multi-law enforcement agencies for cooperation with investigations involving patrons and/or employees. Build connections with other departments and promote inter-department cooperation. Oversee special events, and scheduling needed Security. Overseeing scheduling of shift personnel, payroll, procedures and policies development and implementation, review of investigations conducted by the shift and ensure documentation is complete and accurate, Follow up and review progress of training new officers with shift F.T.O. Oversee calls and ensure the safety of employees and guest. Carry out officer/ shift supervisor duties as needed. Development and implementation service initiatives.
