My main profession is as the head of solar design and engineering at Devlin Energy. I am also an adjunct professor of Electrical Technology at Johnson County Community College in Overland Park, KS. In addition to both those jobs, my wife and I own and operate The Bump Store, a retail store specializing in maternity products.I currently hold Master Electrician licenses in KS, MO, and NE, as well as a national NABCEP Certified PV Installer certificate and a Bachelor of Science in Technology Leadership. I have worked for a multitude of solar PV companies ranging from small to mid-size local companies and large national companies where I have had positions ranging from installer to designer, to crew lead, all the way to director of field operations and now head of solar design.In my time in the solar industry, I have been involved with over 2,600 projects in 17 U.S. states ranging from 500W off-grid systems up to utility-scale projects and everything in between for a total of over 46 MW of solar and 4MWh of battery installations.I am very passionate about both teaching and solar/renewable and sustainable technologies.

In my time at Cromwell Environmental / Cromwell Solar my responsibilities and titles varied quickly. I had responsibilities relating to installation, design, and operations management.
