- Product manager supporting digital acceptance technologies such as Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Android Pay, Chase Pay & Visa Checkout.- Defining strategy and go to market plan for Digital Acceptance technologies at CyberSource. - Worked as initial point of contact for collaborate with external partners to provide overview and use case support for digital product integration of the Visa token services. Worked with the partners to develop models for integration to the Visa Tokens services, as well Identifying and developed new product use cases based on needs of our partners.- Worked closely with the Innovation & Strategic Partnership team to develop prototypes of new ways to pay leveraging digital payment mechanisms. The focus in this effort was primarily around the Connected Car space for the enablement of payments from within the vehicles.o Identified a method to leverage Visa Checkout Product within the Connected Car market. This invention has subsequently been patented and is actively being prototyped for integration in the connected car space with two major car companies.o Contributed to the development of a draft Bluetooth Low Energy payment standard, extending our current EMV/NFC specifications into a new communication protocol.

- Collaborate between teams to conceptualize product requirements into visual use-case flows, domain & context models. - Led product development of Visa PerformSource mobile application. The application enables customers to project costs savings associated migration of check spend to commercial card spend. o Designed a working prototype of the application functionality to ensure that development was proceeding in alignment with the products vision. o Managed external vendor relations to develop the application optimized for the iPad and Android mobile tablets. o Managed the uploading and submission of these applications to the Apple & Android app stores for distribution. - Managed product development of the PerformSource application. The PerformSource application is as business intelligence tool designed for Banks to assist in their sales efforts by projecting cost savings associated with the migration of checks to commercial cards. o Developed business requirements for the rollout of additional PerformSource reports. o Managed migration of the PerformSource application from a Java based reporting package to a MicroStrategy web driven application. o Managed development of front end UI functionality to enable cross team sharing of templates & reports.

- Primary manager for the Visa Commercial Dashboard, a MicroStrategy driven web interface that allows the customers to review, in real-time, the end-to-end processing of all of their files, as well as advanced reporting on their billing and subscription services. Compiled requirements for the Visa Commercial Dashboard, Including defining additional report characteristics, new UI components, multi-language support and nonfunctional performance requirements for the expedient delivery of the data.- Managed end of the year 1099 project that supplies approximately 21,000 companies with the tax information required by the US government. Patented a process of enhanced matching enabling the raise the match rate of our 1099 reporting system from 95% to 99.2% over 2 years.- Managed the Visa enhanced data matching product within the VISA commercial product. Monitoring, Optimizing and implementing the business rules that are utilized for financial transactions to be reconciled with invoice details regarding said transactions. Identified redundant and erroneous data sources and worked with key business stakeholders to eliminate unnecessary data saving 1 million dollars of spend annually.

- Designed and developed automated reporting procedures for a month dashboard. The dashboard allows executive visibility to spend at the cost center & general ledger level, but was able to drill down to individual invoice level spend. The reports reconciled 100% with the reporting distributed by finance but allowed for more details & in-depth analysis of spend.- Conducted ad-hoc analysis using SQL and excel to assist in key business decisions. - Identified numerous gaps within the quality of the data through various analyses. Facilitated the closure of these gaps by working with multiple external entities, ensuring that all appropriate data elements were begin provided and business logic was in place to properly incorporate the data into our system.

- Worked closely with FAA professionals to determine the metrics to best fit their needs. Provided insight and support for the design, collection and analysis of metrics. Designed and developed use-cases to implement user defined metrics.- Analyzed data on flight patterns to determine answers to specific business scenarios, for example: analyzing airspace redistribution for its effects on manpower, projecting upcoming holiday traffic to ensure appropriate staffing, and creating reports that audit the effectiveness of staff.- Wrote business requirements for the collection new airspace data to be implemented in the system. Ensuring that the underlying data being captured within the system was able to be consolidated and presented in an accurate & consistent manner.- Created complex SQL queries to access and join specific data contained in a large dataset. Used Java, Excel, and SQL Plus to connect and query large databases.- Designed and developed over 300 distinct excel templates for daily report generation to support user needs.
