I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Florida International University - College of Engineering & Computing. I have also acquired multiple certifications in app development, digital forensics, and cybersecurity. Since September 2023, I have been working as an Information Technology Intern at Miami-Dade County, where I apply my skills and knowledge to enhance the security and efficiency of the county's network infrastructure.As part of the IT team at Miami-Dade County, I have collaborated with cross-functional team members to design and automate security workflows, resulting in over a 3000% increase in efficiency and faster incident response times. I have also aided in firewall management and automated firewall response to malicious alerts, mitigating potential threats and improving network security. I am motivated by the opportunity to use technology to solve real-world problems and make a positive impact on the community. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have previously worked as a Fulfillment Associate at Amazon and an IT Intern at Miami-Dade County Public Schools. I value teamwork, innovation, and quality and am always eager to learn and grow.
