-Monitor orders across metros to actively identify and solve logistical issues-Troubleshoot problems to increase shopper efficiency and quality of service-Communicate with shoppers and contact shoppers for claiming of orders-Coordinate with Regional Managers and Business Operations Managers to call out issues, understand key initiatives and generate ideas for process and product improvements-Assist in the prevention of fraudulent orders-Utilize new tools to handle logistic issues, as they become available-Watch for weather and other events that may impact logistics and make Regional Managers and Business Operations Managers aware of any action plans.-Monitor demand forecasts and adjust supply to make sure Shipt is able to collect as many orders as possible

Provide email, chat, and phone communication to Shipt members and shoppers available at all times of the day.Assist Shoppers with ongoing orders, assist in troubleshooting and reporting Shipt app glitches and issues, and answer any questions to make the jobs of our Shoppers less complicated.Listen, collect and report customer and member feedback in order to improve the app with potential new features.Observe open and unclaimed orders across cities we service to actively identify and solve logistical issues.Used efficient work processes to time-manage, multitask and manage order issues of shoppers and members accordingly.
