Bryan is the General Manager of the Mantra Melbourne Epping, Reopening the Hotel on the 19th of April 2022 Bryan has also been General Manager of Novotel Geelong, Four Points by Sheraton Geelong, the RACV Cape Schanck Resort-Victoria, Mercure Grand Hotel Hydro Majestic-Blue Mountains, Mercure Resort Leura-Blue Mountains and the Crossley Hotel-Melbourne. Bryan has a vast experience within the Hospitality industry spanning 22 years working in such locations which include Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Coffs Harbour, U.K and U.S.A. A carpenter by trade, Bryan commenced his hospitality career at the age of 22, Bryan has worked with companies such as Accor Hotels and Resorts, Starwood, All Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Bernhoft Restaurants-U.S., Edwardian Hotels-U.K., Quality Inn Hotels and was a Judge for the Geelong Business Excellence Awards for 4 years and a Director on the Board of Blue Mountains Tourism for 2years. Bryan’s strength reflects a people’s person who possesses a strong and positive outlook on life. He is a lover of life and prides himself on his skill to manage his operations and mentor his employees to always be the best at what they do. Bryan philosophy on management, coaching and leadership is to remain uncomplicated and is easily summed up by his two golden management rules “Good is the enemy of Great” and “No Decision is a Bad Decision”. Over his career Bryan has developed strong relationships across all business markets and a range of sporting entities which have complimented Bryan’s ability to find common ground with all people from all walks of life. Bryan has a passion for life, is a family man with 5 Children, a passionate Collingwood Supporter, Coach of U18.5 Point Cook Centrals and prides himself on his ability to communicate, lead, business plan, teamwork and achieve set business goals.
