During my internship I was responsible for Accounts Payable, Accounts Recievable and the Income Audit. Working closely with the cluster finance manager, I was responsible for handeling the cash drops and pick-ups.

- Greet guests and set a positive office atmosphere.- Supervising the housekeeping- Answer the phone, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate offices.- Organize and maintain files and records; update when necessary.- Create and maintain updated documents and spreadsheets.- Organize bookkeeping and issue invoices/checks.- Responsible for preparing and serving breakfast.

Working on the pre-opening of the hotel after it was rebranded from a Courtyard by Marriott to an Autograph Collection by Marriott. Working closely as a guest service agent in the front of house with the guest experience team. Sometimes even covering nightshifts.
