Develop and executing health and safety plans in the workplace according to federal and state guidelines. Prepare and enforce policies to establish a culture of health and safety. Conduct training and presentations for health and safety matters and accident prevention. Process payroll for hourly and temporary employees. Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues. Secures temporary help for projects as needed.

Oversee the maintenance team for the facility. Train new hires and ensure the safety program aligns with NC Sharp standards. Adhere to OSHA, ISO 13485, and FDA regulations. Develop and enforce safety and health policies.
