• Primarily responsible for managing and maintaining the Security of all physical and intellectual property at a GMP facility, while supervising a large workforce of contract Security Officers.• Responsible for Safety related inspections, inventory and maintenance per NFPA and OSHA standards, including SCBA and fire extinguisher monthly inspections and annual flow testing, fire and hazmat truck weekly inspections, Honeywell building management system testing, and fire sprinkler and related equipment inspections.• Responsible for managing and maintaining all security related software, hardware, and equipment to include access control, CCTV, and intrusion detection systems.• Write, update, train, and implementation of all Security related procedures.• Primary trainer for new employees and contract workers on Safety, Environmental, Security, and Information Protection methods.• As the Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standard (CFATS) subject matter expert, responsible for ensuring security measures are in place to remain in compliance with the Department of Homeland Security’s regulatory requirements.• Incident response, investigation, cause mapping, and corrective actions.• Other duties to include key system management, SharePoint administration, and recycling program support.• Liaison for all regulatory audits, both US based and Foreign. (Japan, Turkey, Mexico, Canada, England)
