Cement Manufacturing Plant

• Monitor power plant equipment and indicators to detect evidence of operating problems.• Start or stop generators, auxiliary pumping equipment or other power plant equipment operating as necessary.• Controlled and maintained auxiliary equipment, such as pumps, fans, compressors, feed water heater, filters, to supply water, fuel, lubricants, air or auxiliary power.• Open and close valves and switches in sequence upon signals from switchboard operator, in order to start or shut down auxiliary units.• Execute orders from control room, supervisors, and management.• Report abnormal or irregular conditions that develop and take corrective measures safely and effectively in a timely manner.• Assisted in the safe and efficient operation of the power plant and supporting system.• Monitor main engine during operation to ensure the smooth operation.• Troubleshoot during emergency situation.• To comply force outage reports as WESM enforcement officer.

• My responsibility is to make estimation and quotations of the projects from the customers. Our products are Air vents and Armrest of the Car Vehicles. Our customers are Volkswagen, Nissan, Cadillac and other car companies. Mostly my project is from Volkswagen.• Ensure proper estimation of the project.• Assist our China based Engineers.
