 Led 5 direct reporting managers (Distribution, Inventory, EHS, Fleet and Maintenance), 8 operational supervisors servicing 255 employees within the global supply chain operation. Developed and had full accountability for multi-site P&L operations and transportation budgets covering 9 states in the mountain west and southeast regions. Utilized LEAN/SIX SIGMA tools to drive productivity, safety, automation utilization, fleet optimization and inventory quality projects with a total savings of $815,456.19 in 2017. Implemented GEMBA process to drive site engagement reducing turnover from 47% to 9% from 2016 to 2017. Increased our site engagement survey results by 11% (largest increase in the company) from 2016 to 2017 by stabilizing a diverse work force, increased trust and respect levels and empowered site teams to address areas of opportunity. Launched new site automation (robotics and assisted lifting) technology to improve safety and efficiency metrics.

 Led all aspects of facility and multi business unit operations. Create and manage budgets and processes to ensure overall profitability in local and regional markets. Manage and motivate five direct reporting Managers in multiple business units who lead ninety six operations associates in the Denver market servicing seven surrounding states. Exceeded OPEX performance results each of the last 5 years. Sustained facility productivity gains for three consecutive years from 8.11 facilities LPH in 2012 to a 10.44 facility LPH today. Largest sustained growth in all business units nationwide. Surpassed all Safety metrics by improving associate awareness and facility morale/culture. Recently surpassed three consecutive years being accident and injury free. Longest sustained improvement within the Company. Improved Associate retention through environment and culture changes within the operations teams. Turnover rate of 81% in 2012. Improved to less than 9% turnover today. National Quality team leader responsible for multiple business unit quality performance (27 basis point improvement in Company quality in my tenure as team leader), developing process implementation to standardize and simplify operations in order to improve performance and customer satisfaction.  2014, 2015 and again in 2016 Best in class Blue Diamond/Pinnacle Award winner for facility controllable cost performance, safety performance, quality performance and customer satisfaction.

I joined the organization as a Department Manager responsible for the Production Department. In early 2007, I accepted the promotion to Outbound Operations Manager responsible for all Outbound Departments and processes. In early 2008, I accepted the promotion to Operations Manager responsible for all facility day to day operations.

I joined Pepsi in Buena Park, CA and I started on the sales side of the organization as a Bulk Sales Representative. In early 2000, I accepted a promotion to Merchandising Manager out of our Laguna Hills facility. In early 2002, I accepted a promotion to the Operations side of the organization as a Warehouse Manager. I absoluetly loved the operations side of the business and in 2004 I accepted a promotion to the Denver facility as the Production Manager. At the time, the Denver facility was the largest bottling facility in the world.
