Administers and architects network and systems solutions primarily in a Windows Server and Cisco network infrastructure in corporate offices, secure call centers, Microsoft Azure, AWS, and AWS GovCloud for over 1,800 users. Heavy focus on LAN/WAN maintenance and tuning, security scanning/planning/enhancements. Monitors multiple server farms and Internet connections to multiple ISPs, DNS services, Microsoft Exchange, workstation and laptop deployment and maintenance, and telephony systems. Direct Supervisor for IT support personnel in multiple locations. Participates and leads various internal IT projects including development and implementation of new systems, equipment, and/or software to improve IT functions and services for users and clients. Analyzes current and future needs and resources of the Company and makes recommendations on methods to improve IT department functions, processes, and procedures; including network modifications, server architectures, contact center solutions, conferencing, telephony, equipment purchases, IT inventory, and IT vendors.

Provided on-site and telephone technical support for over 100 clients in Phoenix, Tucson and Nevada (75% hands on with clients and 25% telephone technical support). Worked extensively with clients in the medical field with various proprietary software packages as well as large and secure networks. Assisted in the development and maintenance of network communications. Tested and evaluated network systems to eliminate problems and make improvements. Performed hands on integration of: Exchange Server, SQL Server, Troubleshooting Windows Server and Desktop issues, Active Directory and worked with the end user to train on various systems that the different companies have implemented (Office Products, Medical Management programs, etc.).

Managed 10 servers, 50 computers, and 75 users. Provided maintenance of computers, backups, network, wireless network, phone system, Point-to-Point T1, multi-camera DVR unit, and remote job site trailers with site-to-site VPN connections. Set up, configured, and supported internal and external networks with site-to-site VPN connectivity. Developed and maintained all systems, applications, security, and network configurations. Troubleshot network performance issues and created and maintained a disaster recovery plan.
