• Led 455 maintenance personnel from 14 diverse career fields supporting 9 assigned C-17s and 22 facilities valued at $4B. Managed aircraft flying schedule, aircraft modifications/inspections, and engineering technical assistance requests.• Sustained Vice President Pence's led, Honorable Carry Ceremony to repatriate 55 cases of fallen US heroes from the Democratic Republic of Korea. The historic Defense Prisoner of War/Missing in Action Accounting Agency mission was the first allowed into North Korea since the cessation of hostilities of the Korean War in 1953.• Fortified Pacific Air Forces’ “Fight Tonight” command priority. Team lead for Exercise TROPIC FURY to validate chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, and explosives mitigations in an Agile Combat Employment scenario.• Partnered with the Department of Homeland Security to airlift 86 tons of Humanitarian Assistance to American Samoa after the devastating effects of Tropical Storm Gita.

• Provided leadership and guidance to 480 maintenance personnel at two Air Force Bases in the Pacific while sustaining 18 C-17s. Directed $32M sustainment budget to fund modifications and DEPOT schedules. Authored PACAF Heavy Airlift maintenance strategy for peacetime and Humanitarian Assistance/Disaster Relief operations and validated controlling authority roles and responsibilities associated with equipment accounts and sustainment of tactical data link systems. • Led Pacific Air Forces team to Royal Australian Air Force Base, Amberly to evaluate and certify maintenance repair capabilities with Air Mobility Command. Laid the foundation for first C-17 International Acquisition Cross Servicing Agreement with Ally that expanded repair locations and solidified Pacific Command Theater Security Cooperation. • Lead maintenance planner for Humanitarian Assistance Operations to Nepal following a devastating 7.8 magnitude earthquake. • Guided 262 multi-aircraft qualified maintainers at two locations to handle 4 different military & civilian aircraft. Balanced workflow with compliant oversight to ensure the success of 1,100 missions, delivering 24,000 tons of cargo and transporting 14,000 passengers to fortify Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Inherent Resolve combat operations.• Led Quality Assurance team; developed and coordinated the organization’s inspection program to ensure maintenance inspections were completed within written procedures. • Executed Logistical Compliance Assessment Program headquarters’ audit.
