Oversee Personnel and Manpower (Civilain & Military), Secuirty, UDM, Records Management, Contracts, Funding, and Facilities for AF/A5/8; the Deputy Chief of Staff, Strategic Plans, Programs, and Requirements as the Director of Resource Integration. As the principal Staff Officer for Aviation and Safety I am responsible for performing long-term aviation planning and development necessary to accomplish current and future missions essential to the NH Army National Guard. I provide technical guidance and assistance to the TAG, AAG and COS as required. Responsible for the management of planning, organizing, executing, and supervising the training, employment and resource allocation of all aviation resources. Plans, develops, manages, and directs the execution of multi-million dollar budget. Assesses, interprets and adapts NGB, FORSCOM, and TRADOC intent into training guidance and directives for aviation elements. Oversees a variety of complex, interactive technologies utilized in the aviation career management field.

I was asked to return to the Chief of Staff position for a short duration (90 days) while the General Officers conducted a search to replace the Chief of Staff who followed me. A replacement has been identified and should be joining our team January 2015.

As the senior staff officer, I am responsible for the daily operations of the New Hampshire Army National Guard (NHARNG) with 290 full-time personnel and 30 contractors supporting 1,700 Soldiers and their Families with property, equipment and an annual budget collectively worth $853M. Direct, supervise and synchronize the work of the full-time staff and traditional service members, ensuring efficient and effective staff actions consistent with Commander's intent and concept of the operations. Serve as key advisor to and represent The Adjutant General (TAG) and Assistant Adjutant General (ATAG) in their absence. Responsible for driving compliance with all regulatory programs and critical readiness metrics to ensure all formations are capable of fulfilling their federal and state missions. Directs NHARNG plans, operations, and training, readiness, and mobilization programs for federal and state missions. provide technical guidance and assistance to the TAG and COS as the operations, training, and readiness expert on the general staff. Responsible for management of planning, organizing, executing, supervising, coordinating, budgeting, and evaluating. Plans, develops, manages, and directs the execution of multi-million dollar budget programs. Assesses, interprets and adapts NGB, FORSCOM, TRADOC, CONUS, and CINC intent into training guidance and directives for command elements.
