Work with project management, co-workers, and vendors for the purpose of exchanging documentation. Maintain the computer database of all filed documents to ensure that fast retrieval is possible. Organize the routing of all documents from conception, approval, distribution, to filing. Track the status of documents with engineering and vendors to provided reports to project management.

Consistently identify additional sales opportunities by providing exemplary “A+” customer service. Manage day-to-day operations of the branch including but not limited to scheduling, development training and balancing while maintaining compliance and adhering to bank policies and procedures. Work with other loan officers to complete financial spreadsheets and credit checks to determine cash flow and loan feasibility. After the loans have been finalized, informed the customers and close the loans. Recognized and discover financial needs of customers to find the best product solution.Provide great customer service by cashing/deposting checks, accepting loan payments, creating money orders/cashier's checks for customers. Balancing my teller draw at the end of the day. Selling and educating customer on banking products such as new accounts and loan products.
