My responsibilities included management of daily programatic operations, program and staff development, fundraising, branding and marketing the organization, events planning, lobbying, campaign development, community organizing, advocacy, social media and strategic partnership development.

To assure that Chicago based foundations and philanthropists were aware of the lack of funding on Chicago's south and west sides. To organize community organizations and organizers were brought together under one roof so that they could better connect, collaborate and share ideas and obstacles around cross cultural activism and organizing.
