Program Manager / Senior Analyst

Responsible for management and engineering support for Special Warfare (SW) tests and tactics development for Air National Guard & Air Force Reserve Command Test Center (AATC). Works directly with AATC SW Program Manager, SW System Program Office, and subsystem vendors to formulate and implement cutting-edge equipment and system improvements to continue to keep SW among the world’s most formidable fighting forces. SW encompasses Explosive Ordnance Disposal, Guardian Angel, Special Tactics, and Tactical Air Control Party. Researching new technologies, plan, schedule, coordinate, and execute support for a wide range of SW developmental and operational test events. Preparing concept review and deployment briefs, writing test plans, collecting and analyzing test data, writing test reports, and providing AATC test process expertise and guidance to the SW Program Manager. Provides expertise in the following areas: operational and developmental test planning & execution, test plan formulation, test plan and test report writing, data links, ground radios, ground situational awareness systems, digitally aided close air support (DCAS) or personnel recovery (PR) mission systems and equipment. Operates in multidisciplinary teams of industry, government and military personnel consisting of, SW ground operators, engineers, analysts, scientists, pilots and other aircrew.
