Contributed to the success of the innovative Client Assignment System (CAS), a system which reduced the average time to reassign an Orphan client by over 12 times. Integrated process management tracking system for all supported systems saving approximately 25 business days per year.

Web developer for the AXA portal. Developed Outage Detection system to monitor the activity of the AXA portal based on visitation per minute leading to less web site downtime and greater overall web site reliability.
