Being in the Restoration industry for over 10 years, ive been able to learn the dos and donts of everything and anything restoration. I began as a technician performing fire and water damage restoration as well as mold remediation in West Texas, as well as being a part of the storm response unit traveling all over the United States to help with Hurricane and Flood relief efforts. I was able to expand my knowledge of the Restoration industry by becoming a Crew Chief, an Estimator, then a Marketing Rep followed by a Production Manager. Over the years in these positions i learned the different aspects of their scope of work as well as strategies to maximize both efficiency and positive environment in the workplace. My goal is to lead a team of skilled individuals into a successful future of work!
