Make a form for it, assign the asset tag to the user, put a QR code sticker on the machine, image it, make the user an admin on their machine, run updates, and create a bit locker encryption pin on their machine and then set it in the cabinet and contact the user that their machine is ready. - Sometimes I need to talk with my supervisor due to having limited knowledge of MAC machines -Most of the time I'm figuring out if the machines needed physical parts replaced or just a basic software update.
