Duties included hiring contract operators, meet with PFRA officials, identify defects in the existing system and commence with modifications to make a safer more reliable facility. • Oversee 14 operators, handled all safety and regulatory obligations, plus ensured all filing, documentation and PVR accuracy was being addressed. • Responsible for tank integrity, shut in and active lease inspections were carried out and documented in a timely manner.

• Provided skills for diagnosis of field problems including low productivity, mechanical issues and operator training for several areas with the result being increased production and a more profitable operation.• Responsible for rotating equipment servicing, measurement accuracy, electrical/instrumentation divisions in existing or new applications.

• Oversaw all aspects of this division including scheduling of services and overhauls, analysis of mechanical/electrical/instrumentation problems; provide technical support and training to field operators, ensuring maximum run time and efficiency.• Responsible for all mechanical operations within the boundaries of a major natural gas processing facility including compression, sweetening system for sour gas, refrigeration system for dehydration, and instrumentation units.• Compressor units in my care were numbered over 120 with a total horse power in the 50,000 range. • Planned 2 major turnarounds in the main plant where the tasks required were completed 4-5 days before finish time and well under budget.• Scheduled well head servicing, PRD servicing and testing, non-destructive testing of all pressure equipment and pipeline integrity assurance.• Oversaw instrumentation, mechanical, electrical and labor tradesman.
