-Plan, execute, and finalize projects according tostrict deadlines and within budget.-Coordinating the efforts of team members and contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.-Define project objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.-Effectively communicate project expectations to team members in a timely and clear fashion.-Submit budget projections, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.-Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team and/or contractor-Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential costs, preparing and submitting change order proposals when required.
