Solution has eliminated costs and improved efficiency by 80% - Developed solution to handle printing of starter checks.* Co-led, with VP of Operations, a Debit/ATM Network conversion and implemented instant issue card printers which reduced costs and improved member satisfaction.* Suggested, implemented, and programmed a "loan steal" incentive program, for employees, that seen about 60% of the referred loans, closed, in its 3 months of implementation* Responsible for creating, maintaining and updating disaster recovery plan for core processing system* Communicate and document changes made to daily processing* Performed and documented annual disaster recovery testing of Core Processing System (Symitar/Episys)
