To briefly outline my experience I have lead two large projects, one for PwC which I inherited from another developer and ExpressPro. Both of these projects have a high volume of users and both of them were multi-featured standalone applications. Additionally I have implemented features for a dozen other projects though none outline my work as much as those two.I chose programming as my career because I enjoy solving problems and creating applications which have a good user experience. In essence when I have completed a project, I want that project to be something I can look back on and be proud of, something that I wouldn't mind showing to friend. To do that there are five aspects I always try and consider when writing code; is it Efficient re-usable, is it easily readable/maintainable, does the workflow make sense from a business prospective, can it be easily tested and how much training will it require once the project is done. I enjoy working with others. My best work is in fact as part of a team. I am good at talking to people in non-technical terms and understand that not everyone I will be working with is a developer after all finding out that the developers are not on the same page as the project manager or the clients can easily triple the amount of work. If there isn't strong leadership I have demonstrated that I am willing to taken the initiative to stepped up which was the case for ExpressPro.Finally I am experience in a variety of different technologies most of which can be found on my resume which should be attached down bellow.
