Conduct daily planned repairs and follow up on design changes and repairs.Perform preventative maintenance on machines.Repair machine breakdowns and document any information that will be useful for future repairs.Replace and repair damaged parts for example, motors,gearboxes,sprockets,contactors,brake rectifiers,controllers,sensors,etc.

Follow a strict schedule to ensure that the press brakes and other sheet metal job duties have the parts needed to meet there schedule to get the part down to the assembly line.Had to figure out solutions to resolve problems with the machines in a time managed but safe manner to ensure quality and machine utilization.Constant use of a stand up electric forklift and a sit down propane forklift all throughout the day on different task to complete all of my duties to allow both machines to run at its full potential.Required forklift qualification and blueprint reading certification to be obtained.
