I serve as the Chief Flag Marshal for the Formula 1 United States Grand Prix at the Circuit of the Americas in Austin, TX. This is the lead role for over 300 experienced flag marshals and intervention first responders who come to this race from more than 15 countries from around the world. Responsible for recruiting, vetting, approving applicants, assigning positions, training sessions at the track, and leadership of the entire effort on site at the USGP F1 at COTA.

Winner of the 2024 24 Hours of Daytona. I have been a GTLM class, now called GT Daytona PRO factory team spotter for the Risi Competitione Factory Ferrari racing team for the last eight years at the 24 Hours of Daytona. 2024 was the thirteenth time that I have been employed as a professional spotter at this race. I have worked this race solo without a break 11 of the 13 times that I have been there. This year our #62 Ferrari 296GT3 won the GTD PRO Class! Our #62 Ferrari F488 finished second in class (for a podium finish) in the 2022 race, third in class and seventh overall in the 2017 race and we were in the lead in the GTLM class until the final 30 minutes of the race. We finished second in the GTLM class after leading more laps than any competitor in the January 2019 Daytona 24. Two of my drivers, Calado and Pier-Guidi went on to win the GT Pro class at the 24 Hours of LeMans that same year and again in 2020 and they are the current WEC series GT Pro class season champions. I also spotted for this team and car at the 2022 12 Hours of Sebring and the 6 Hours of Watkins Glen where we finished 2nd in the GT Pro class.

Responsibility includes: on-track marshal group, pit marshals, paddock marshals, coordinating with specialty chiefs on organization, deployment, training and equipment in accordance with the sporting regulations of each sanctioning body. Coordinating with Race Control, Race Directors, Clerk of the Course during the race event. Assist in placing the flag stations around the course and assist coordinating with Music City Grand Prix vendors that are directly providing equipment and services for marshals.

Hired 12 representatives spanning the states of Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana. One was promoted into sales training. One promoted to Regional Sales Manager in 2012 and one promoted to Regional Sales Manager in 2013. One promoted to Oncology Key Account Manager (KAM) in 2016.
