• Provide high-level support and management of over 70 Citrix Presentation servers hosting over 200 global applications for FirstHealth of the Carolinas which included Clinical Application Support requiring 100% uptime. These servers supported over 750 concurrent users with both onsite and offsite Server Support:• I have worked with Compaq/HP and Dell servers and have Manage Both Physical and Virtual (VMWare) Servers. This includes server upgrades and data center consolidation using VMWare best practices (ESXi 3.5 servers running VMware servers) and Citrix/Xenapp Presentation Server 4.5 with Windows 2003 Server.• Designed, Implemented, and Managed Multiple Citrix Web Interface servers (version 5.2) with Citrix Secure Access Gateway version 3.1.• I have recently implemented support to include both the iPhone and iPad to keep up with growing technology trends.• I have Implemented and Managed Multiple Print Servers in a Clustered environment supporting over 700 Printers for over 2000 users.• Helped in the design configuration, monitoring and optimization of Active Directory; Helped with the configuration of the Active Directory Infrastructure solutions.
