After an 18-year career as a Global Brand Executive at Procter & Gamble, I transitioned to Cincinnati Children's in October 2017 as Vice President of Marketing. In this role, I lead strategic thinking, integrated planning, and creative execution across global brand, marketing, and digital functions to support the organization’s Strategic Plan and growth aspirations.My expertise spans strong operational and P&L leadership, including direct customer selling, customization and partnerships, and revenue generation. I have a proven track record of building $1B+ global brands and developing innovative brand positioning strategies that deliver sustainable organic growth. I excel in managing product development and innovation from concept through finished product, always with a focus on target insights, industry and competitive dynamics, and white-space expansion.I am passionate about leading high-performing, multifunctional teams across global regions, and have been recognized as 'Coach of the Year' for both North America and Global Business Units.Outside of my professional responsibilities, I am deeply committed to making a positive impact in the community. I serve on several non-profit boards, including Flying Pig Marathon (PigWorks), Charlie’s Kids Foundation, and as an Advisory Board Member at Cincinnati State Technical and Community College. I was also the Co-Founder and President of the Kilgour Foundation (Cincinnati Public Schools), Cincinnati Children’s Foundation, P&G United Way Campaign Director, and Vice Chair Board Member at Every Child Succeeds.
