CurrentWHAT I DO: As part of a group effort within my company I help building owners, real estate developers, and investors understand accurately the time and cost impact of construction for their project early in the planning stage and go on to deliver a quality facility at the conclusion of the construction phase. When appropriate, I often recommend design professionals or propose turnkey Design-Build services. WHO I WORK WITH: I work directly with building owners, real estate developers, and investors in addition to working as part of a team with architects, engineers, testing firms, and others providing professional services to the A/E/C industry. WHY IT WORKS: When you work with Skanska, the right people get involved early who not only understand construction cost data, but often have decades of building experience and knowledge. HOW I DO IT: The process starts by gaining an understanding of your project, expectations, goals, and timeline so we can provide a time and cost budget that accurately reflects the future finished product which we will deliver at the conclusion of the construction phase. WHAT MAKES ME DIFFERENT: My actions are guided through a long-term perspective which always places the emphasis on people over building projects.
