CurrentSummaryResponsible for managing multiple highly complex enterprise projects and is responsible for ensuring effective, high-quality execution and delivery of projects, leveraging pm methodologies and SDLC frameworks. Assembles project plans and teamwork assignments, directs and monitors work efforts, identifies resource needs, performs quality reviews, and escalates functional, quality, and/or timeline issues appropriately. Works with leadership to identify and prioritize for utilizing IT to achieve the goals of the enterprise.Exercises technical supervision over assigned staff.Essential Job FunctionsPlans, tracks, communicates, escalates, and facilitates work activities among team members using agile/waterfall.Analyzes, optimizes, negotiates, deconflicts, and deescalates project tasks, risks, and issues.Manages multiple highly complex enterprise projects concurrently.Facilitates work activities among team members using agile/waterfall.Coaches, mentors, and delegates work to individuals .Manages and prioritizes project portfolios and/or backlogs.Creates and maintains the project plan across multiple projects.Create and covert WBS into user stories across multiple enterprise systems and platforms to includelarge integration efforts.Leads agile teams.Oversees gathering of information backlog estimation and captures estimates.Manages sprints based on team performance across multiple enterprise systems andplatforms.Manages project budget and estimations across multiple enterprise systems and platforms.Leads kickoff and daily meetingsIdentifies and may address change management needs.Forecasts delivery dates on team estimation.Supports, mentors, and coaches less experienced IT team members.RequirementsFive (5) years of project management, agile delivery, or relevant experiencePREFERRED:Experience delivering initiatives leveraging agile methodology; Scrum,XP, SAFe, Kanban or other certificationPMP Certification or Agile Certification Required
