Day to Day responsibilities include:• Scheduling of all table-side service servers, hostesses and bus boys• Floor managing, working with servers to provide the best service possible• Full knowledge of the point of sale system and its workings• Assisting the Director of Operations with special events, dealing directly with clients ranging from small 10 person events up to a 1000+ people• Often left alone to manage the entire property• Working with the lead server to train all new service employees• Managing the online reservations systemThe Wharf features 8 food vendors, 5+ large bar areas, lounge seating on a wooden deck, as well as conversation and dining areas along the river.

Being in Miami nightlife since 2006 I was able to manage teams of promoters & throw numerous events for thousands and thousands of people. I eventually worked my way up to the Assistant Promotional Director position with Opium Group, which at the time was the #1 venue management company in Miami. Operating venues such as: Mansion, Cameo, Louis, Mokai, Set, Prive / Opium Gardens (Now Story).Upon leaving Opium Group, I then moved to Las Vegas for 3 years to further my nightlife experience and build key relationships used in future projects.
