Sr Programmer AnalysisScientific Games Jan 2014 - Nov 2016(The Plant financial software ERP in Alpharetta, Georgia was custom built for plant operations by myself and a contractor. This custom PHP web based ERP manages paper and ink inventory, paper and ink ordering, man hours, assigns manufacturing cost to press jobs/games, provides revenue P/L reporting for executives, forecasts for future ticket sales, scheduling press jobs, packaging and shipping data, and provides information for future budget. It also writes back to Oracle’s General Ledger based on the actual costs captured from the ERP. Most recently I wrote custom interfaces that sends production costs, inventory used, sales orders, and PO’s to Oracle Financial modules. I have designed, developed, tested, and deployed all touch points from the custom ERP to Oracle. Below are some of the key components to the success of this project.)• Met with Oracle BA’s, DBA’s, Project Managers, Business Units, Executives, and plant supervisors to develop a solution for the custom ERP to integrate with Oracle.• Completely revamped the ERP GUI with new PHP/AJAX/JQUERY/JSON technology to make it more user friendly.• Redesigned databases and tables to migrate new business requirements. Created Clustered and non-Clustered Indexes on tables to enable faster performance.Built all interfaces to Oracle based on business needs using SQL SERVER Stored Procedures, Triggers, and .NET Web Services. • Upgraded Virtual Servers to a faster ESX VM host as well as upgrading CPUs, RAM, and 64Bit OS.• Built and configured new Server 2012 R2 web servers to run PHP 5.4.5 on IIS7.
