•Worked with Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command (TACOM) and Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) to create workload plans, synchronize the Reset maintenance to be performed on units returning from deployment, and ensure it is completed within the 180 day window.•Compared monthly Equipment Data File (EDF) reports for all Army installations participating in the Left Behind Equipment (LBE) or Pre-Deployment Training Equipment (PDTE) programs, and provided recommended courses of action to improve maintenance performance.•Scheduled quarterly teleconferences with TACOM, CECOM, regional AFSBs, and Installation personnel, to validate the Reset workload plans prior to final funding approval. •Compared the quantities of equipment on the workload plans and the actual equipment turned-in for RESET, to identify and address any discrepancies.•Identified unauthorized maintenance charges by comparing open and closed Reset Program Maintenance work orders and creating an “average cost for repair” standard used to identify suspicious maintenance charges.

•Synchronized DMC Logistical support by managing taskings over DMC subordinate elements to Integrate Materiel Management, Transportation, Supply, Field-level Maintenance, and OPCON’d DOL (LRC) Field Level Reset execution support to FORSCOM, USARPAC, and USAEUR.•Utilized the ASC mobilization Training Center of Excellence to prepare and mentor more than 350 US Army Soldiers and DA Civilians for deployment to Iraq and Afghanistan.•Used his extensive leadership background and operations experience to facilitate deliberate planning (Military Decision Making Process (MDMP)) for all DMC missions.•Prepared, reviewed, and executed operational plans and procedures on a daily basis, which required analytical ability, sound judgment, and a thorough knowledge of ASC missions, objectives, and resources available to sustain operational plans, contingency operations, and support the Commanding General’s intent and priorities.•Integrated Planning Team NCOIC that planned and coordinated the movement of telephones and computer workstations for more than 490 personnel during Field Support’s reorganization, resulting in minimal productivity and connectivity issues; recognized by the ASC Commanding General for his expert organizational skills and leadership abilities during this major reorganization.•Managed 103 communication devices for DMC leadership; reviewed monthly statements for accuracy and compliance with ASC phone usage, replacing broken/outdated devices, and as the DMC GSA Cardholder, ensured all bills were paid on time.•Served as the Information Assurance Security Officer (IASO), responsible for in-processing new DMC personnel, this included setting up their email accounts, phones, verifying security clearances in JPAS, requesting access to required information on the Q-drive, and ensuring that they were up to date on their Information Assurance training.•Served as the DMC Government Purchase Card holder for 2 ½ years with zero investigations or discrepancies.
