Bryan has been a forerunner in data mining, technology optimisation and tapping into business intelligence. As an adjunct lecturer with PACE Academy at the Singapore Polytechnic, he is currently the lead trainer in data wrangling, analysis and visualisation for GovTech, Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore, SIA Engineering and the Jurong Town Corporation. A certified Tableau Desktop associate, Bryan is equally adept in Excel, Microsoft Suite and Google Suite applications. His foray into hospitality started in housekeeping to front desk operations with the Four Seasons and the Regent. Joining Alila in 2009, Bryan took on ‘Special Projects’ where he was chief firefighter in preopening Alila Villas Uluwatu in Bali and Laos. Over the last 15 years, his illustrious hospitality career covered hotel operations, revenue management, standards audit, business intelligence and performance optimisation leading him to head up corporate governance at the Alila HQ. Patient and unassuming, his work gained him much respect and recognition such that Bryan has become the go-to person to his colleagues and friends.
