Ifsolutions prove to be too costly, lay out a plan forexecution that solves the problem and allows each officeto have a control of IT costs.- Currently working on Azure certifications for administration.Once completed I will work towards design.

· Manage a team of up to 11 members on 2 continents, 4 time zones, and 4 countries. This team deployed and designed solutions for project specific, enterprise, and Business unit requirements. This team maintained 4 Data centers and 300 offices within North and South America.· Work closely with different business units to begin transition of services to Azure and AWS. Assist with Azure Blob storage and StorSimple devices for archive and retention.· Manage Office and Datacenter Virtual Centers, that encompassed project, office, business unit, and enterprise applications. This team maintained LAN, Server, Virtualization and Storage for 300 offices within North and South America.· Manage system updates on emergency and regular maintenance schedules.· Work closely with different business units to begin transition of services to Azure and AWS. Assist with Azure Blob storage and StorSimple devices for archive and retention. Migrate backup systems from Backup Exec and Tape drives to Netbackup disk storage with cloud offsite storage.· Closely work with stakeholders, developers, and users of critical applications. Source solutions for these applications when are performing poorly.· Approve all Change Management for systems in my area. · Oversee day to day IT operations in multiple office location for the project. Including work in Chile, Nisku, Korea, and Fort McMurray.· Manage 10 employees working in end user support to systems and infrastructure.· Designed and deployed server infrastructure for major project applications, including Citrix for Intergraph SmartPlant Instrumentation, SmartPlant Electrical. IBM Filenet, used for the project EDMS.· Designed client wired and wireless office network that permitted users to move desks and locations to any area of the office.
