Current- Assist Managing Director
- Arranging and coordinating vessel’s fuel supply in Auckland,anchorage or berth. Receiving different quotes from differentsuppliers. Ensure payment terms and supply in a timely fashion.
- Receive and respond to all enquiries from Marine Brokers Pte Ltd, liaising with New Zealand office pertaining barges and vessel’s schedule.
- Evaluation of building management equipment and to provide a summary of purchase/expenses paid every month including charges and fees payable.
- Administers contracts/ service level agreement management, this includes all vendors management services agreement to ensure all agreed service standards are met.
- Collection of distribution of daily mails, prepares monthly rental invoices, prepare vouchers and cheque signatures.
