I'm an IT professional providing exceptional technical service.I'm a first-level responder on a team in the Customer Solutions and Services (CSS) division, fielding calls and requests for computer hardware, software and telecommunication issues; I troubleshoot and repair access issues, system problems or outages, and provide remote and on-site technical assistance to customers; I escalate any problems to higher tier IT staff members or divisions if unable to be resolved on the first call.I've worked in many industries. My biggest takeaways have been work ethic, and the importance of learning new skills. I'm now pursuing a career in Cybersecurity. I'm doing this by fulfilling my role as an IT Technician, and learning every day as a student in the CIS AAS program at CNM.
