IBM was responsible for the Operational Support System Transformation (OSS) within the larger businesss transformation.Led the IBM OSS Inventory Transformation program as lead system integrator, managing a consortium of IBM and 5 independent service providers to deliver on time and to budget with high client satisfaction. The Inventory program had 250+ resources, and a budget of over $90 million.

The project delivered a new platform and performed a mass migration of key inventory systems, and mission critical components.
