IT Support Responsibilities:• Provides IT Assistance to the Hotel Guests (Wi-Fi connection, TV Issues and IP Telephones).• Provides IT Assistance to Hotel colleagues (Desktop Support, IP Telephones, and Printers).• Set up any IT related requests for Hotel Events (Internet Line, Telephones, and Data Cabling).• Prepare and deploy new servers, workstations as per the company standards.• Maintain and monitor servers. • Performs a planned preventive maintenance on the IT equipment inside the guest rooms.IT Management Responsibilities:• Maintains the attendance record for the IT Team.• Manages and process all IT related invoice and makes sure that the vendors are paid on time.• Plan, prepare and work on the yearly Capital Expenditures. • Raise Purchase Requests and makes sure orders are received on time.• Prepare and conduct trainings for new hotel technologies to colleagues and also on the welcome program.• Takes charge of the department every time the IT Manager is on leave. IT Project Management• Handled and worked with the project team during the refurbishment of the hotel meeting suites in 2016.• Handled the guest rooms Wi-Fi Upgrade project in 2016.• Handled the TV replacement project and Interactive TV system upgrade project in 2015.• Handled the deployment of the new digital signage in the hotel in 2018.
